Do I need my own logo?
No. If you do not have a logo, we will design one for you with AI, free with your sign-up — and you can generate fresh options any time.
Are the leads mine?
Yes — and they’re leads you generate yourself. You bring the audience (your van, your cards, your ads, your socials, word of mouth) and your branded site turns that interest into enquiries — each one exclusively yours, straight to your inbox and dashboard. We never see them or share them. You do the marketing; the site does the capturing.
Do I have to buy leads from Install Network too?
No — they’re two different things. With your branded website, the leads are ones you generate from your own marketing. Buying exclusive leads from Install Network is the opposite: we supply you the enquiries. Do either, both, or just the website — it’s up to you.
Can I cancel?
On the monthly plan, any time — there is no contract, so it simply stops at the end of your billing period. The yearly plan is a 12-month commitment (in return for the 2 months free and 50% off setup) and is non-refundable, but you are free not to renew at the end of the year.
